I imagine the script reports the name of the actual location where the target NPC exists. Could there be any way to make it so this isn't so ambiguous?

I'm all for challenging quests, but this seems a little too hard to figure out:
I imagine the script reports the name of the actual location where the target NPC exists. Could there be any way to make it so this isn't so ambiguous?
