Retrieving large quantities of materials from bags

Post by Pippo » Mon Apr 05, 2021 9:42 am

I've been recently digging up a lot of ore, collecting a lot of hides and other materials.
I find extremely frustrating to have to spam 8 to retrieve all the 60+ units of whichever material I stocked up with.

I know this subforum is more for feedbacks than suggestions, but I believe that going from
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, [Cancel]
to something like
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 25, 50, [Cancel]
would make life much easier, especially as one wouldn't have to recreate the one 50/100-units stack by merging all of the 8-units just retrieved from the bag.

Complete agreement!
I've hit the same problem so many times now...
In fact, I've stopped carrying gem pouches for this reason
It's much easier to simply keep things sorted in real inventory

Or something like
1,2,4,8,16,32,64

Played: Peruruo Longbean, Spring Cobb, Purple (disguised), Ke Rilyn'ervs, Tern Cooper
Playing: Az'alva Sh'yalva

Please, please, please.

I hate having to bulk craft gems and go 8, 2, 8, 2, 8, 2, 8, 2, 8, 2, 8, 2 and so on forever

And then have to either drag them individually or stack them all.

It seems so little but would be huge QOL

I dont know how hard of a work it is...

changing the dialogue for many different containers might be a lot of work, I dunno...

BUT PLEASE..

I don't think there would be much to change (unless it is spaghetti code), the mechanics would be absolutely the same.

I'd prefer not have to exponentially growing numbers (if you end up willing to retrieve all 63 units of a stack, you'd really regret it), and I'd like to have the options 1-5 or 1-6 still available, but having a choice for some ~10 and some ~20 and up would be amazing.

+1

The 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 25, 50, [Cancel] option seems like the most efficient.

Thanks in advance if it's doable

I was thinking:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 50 would do it.

I'll just be happy if we get an [all] button on the end.
