Would be great if this ability scaled with, well, something.
Wiki mentions that it is supposed to get shorter cooldown, but I recall that at higher levels it remains relatively weak and as a result barely gets used.
I also do not recall actual details being listed for it anywhere. The DC is con-based, but DC is unclear.
