Cloaker Spiral and Cloaker Embassy writ (spoilers)

I think there's something seriously wrong with both of those writs.

Cloaker spiral is ridiculously hard to get into. But once you get in and finish it all, you go to embassy, and it is just a single room with a few enemies. And that's the whole writ.

The experience left me scratching my head. Feels like there was some sort of idea similar to derro temple, but it ended up being not really well executed.
