The Arcane Tower Lobby isn't mountable, but really should be given there are horses outside and a portal inside and the area is very open. It'd help reduce the number of stranded horses at least.

Its dimensions are: 6 x 7
It is considered an interior and above ground

Area ResRef: wizguild_lower
Tileset ResRef: tic01
You don't think you can fish here.
It'd also make sense for Dueling ground to have mounts given it's also very open and often used for dueling, and horseback duels are a reasonable thing for mages to do.

Area ResRef: arelithfrontiere
Dimensions: 10 x 8
Type: It is considered an Interior and above ground.
This area should have special permission to Mount Horses, because, there are horses stored IN this area normally. But they cannot be removed due to the error: "You cannot mount in this area."
Can stables please actually let you take the horses from them?

Red Dragon Eye (Abazuur's Floor) is not currently mountable but probably should be. Both the first section once you transition (with the shock trap) and Abazuur's actual boss room itself.

I might just make everywhere mountable and then have players suggest where it shouldn't be mountable. (Residential areas, castles, etc.)

Always find it very jarring when I walk into central Cordor and someone's there on a horse lol.

They probably should still be mountable tbh
Otherwise how we gonna get the epic moment of Tywin Lannister riding a horse and it defecated on the gateway before heading downstairs?
I jest, there’s a server rule on no introducing poop-related RP, especially if animals are concerned, too
City enforcements are still free to enforce no mounting laws however they like. Maybe this’ll also promote bandit/horde RP that rides in town breaking the law.
