Since the change to poison traps where they now do damage - the mushrooms scattered all over the UD are now absolutely lethal.
The save is really high for the poison - and often reduces you to 3 con - then along comes the 13-25 damage on top - which is a death-sentence even if you are at full health...
Maybe turn them down a notch?

It is also really easy to trigger them multiple times in a row. They torched my level 24 warlock fully buffed and at full health. It triggered three times and in spite of having 70+ antidotes in my inventory, I didn't get the chance to counter it
