I'd agree given the current state of SD, however, the list was made with future developments of certain classes in mind. As you can see, it was posted in August of 2022, already with Vigilante on the list - even though Vigilante wasn't released until January of this year, four months after the post. I believe the reasoning was similar as some of the team members planned to revamp SD and I considered that at the time.
