Greetings friends and enemies!

This server is nearly twenty years old and as such it's got a loooot of redundancies, outdated conversations, weird scripts, inaccurate or empty descriptions, and, likely, typos.

I'd like to fix that.

In this thread please list the following:

- Name of NPC
- Location of NPC (use the command -area to get the area name and resref).
- Screenshot of current description + visible examined stats
- Screenshot of model/outfit
- Area you think needs improved upon - dialog, description, other

Its dimensions are: 4 x 4
It is considered an interior and underground
You can not mount in this area.
Area ResRef: twh_brokerageint
Tileset ResRef: eld05

NPC name: Land Broker

1_ this NPC anounces duration of lease of 5 years ... I suspect the text is from before time change on Arelith. All time frame in his text sequence should be updated for clarity
2 _ he says "negotation" where I suppose he means "negotiation"

NPC Name: Off-Duty Peacekeeper

Conversation and Name conflicting weirdness. May just be an IC funny; may not. Don't know but I think it fits this category even if it is judged to be fine I have that up to devs to determine. xD
