Wasn't sure if bug or feedback, but as title says:
The "Undead Hounds" speak, in common language.
Not exactly a big issue, but It feels weird when it happens.
They're part of the mobs that appear on the "Ghost Ship" you can board by anchoring near the "Abandonned Ship" event at sea.

Unrelated but under the same type of feedback, the barkeep in the Silver Bough still has a demi-lich for portrait.
