The new ui for sailing is great... If you like clicking. It's very nice looking and combines a lot of information at a glance. But in general I've found it to be a wild downgrade for usability even if it's prettier. There isn't one specific menu of it I find bothersome either. Whether it's steering the ship or firing artillery I found the old menu much faster to actually operate and arguably better from an accessibility standpoint. Some sort of toggle to re-enable at least part of the old conversation menu ui would be extremely useful for players who find mouse-click menus troublesome.
A toggle for the legacy sailing ui would be good
