Create an item that acts as a deployable -ward teleport

Pretty much as the title says. Make it expensive, and a tool that requires investment. Ideally make it craft able only like how gonnes and gonne shells are.

On use the item should act similarly when deployed to the feat of an epic Abjuror causing all -yoink and -teleports to fail within the area.

Potential benefits of said item: Players can now ward dungeons, enage in ship-to-ship roleplay or use them to initiate bandit actions. Make them expensive as an opportunity cost for this allowance.. More inclusive role play. Not over reliance on a relatively rare level 30 epic tier build. (There are less than 5 active Abjuror magi in my city at this time. )

-Teleport was made redundant with a consumable.
-Ward can also be made this way.

Any concerns of abuse are addressed by the existing OOC ruleset

If the only ones able to make these items were those able to use the ability, I think it would be a good addition to the market.
