Multiple times I have crafted an item with a custom description, only to lose it all because there was another of the same type in my inventory. When you drag from a crafting table, it automatically shunts them together, losing anything custom.
Thus, I would suggest, if possible, adding some sort of way to detect if an item is custom-named, that they don't automatically stick together- and if you did want to stack them, that you would have to manually drag them together.
Custom item names and descriptions is a lovely roleplay tool that I'd like to see more of, and I know a few other crafters I know have expressed similar frustration over being unable to carry multiple items of the same type- just with different flavour.

Partially complete.
Container stored items can now be made to not stack with a rest menu toggle when taken out of said container. (Gems/Scrolls/Heads etc)
Still needs expanded to the basin though as an option I'd say.
