Tiefling and Aasimar banishment/dismissal
Why does this still affect them? They are easily the weakest 5% of the lot and also suffer from these two spells on top of that. This was added back in the day when they were considered a strong choice for the greater reward, but now it's just an extra thing to deal with for a no longer justifiable reason. It made sense back then, but now a single dismissal rod completely negates your bloodline bonuses. Not counting vampires ( which would be too powerful otherwise ), not a single race has this sort of a mechanic.

First of all, they are not easily the weakest 5%. Ogre is. They are extremely strong mechanical choices. With that said, I'm going to approve this because lore-wise it doesn't make sense for them to be affected, and it's not a significant enough mechanical change to be a huge balance concern.
