Prayer Targeting

The Prayer spell has two functions

A Friendly function where it gives a buff

A Hostile function where it gives a detriment to foes

Description: All allies within the area of effect gain +1 to attack and damage rolls, skill checks, and saving throws. Enemies receive -1 penalties to the same.


However, It also targets Neutrals. "Friendlies" are defined as in your own party. Neutrals, count as Hostiles.

This means a prayer near neutral NPC's and players suddenly get a -1 and I believe it also hostiles NPC's it hits.


The Suggestion is this

Let Prayer have the Friendly Function to Neutral and non-party member players who are not hostile.

Approved, although I'd rather see it implemented with neutrals just being unaffected.
