I'm gonna keep ot short and simple.
From what i've noticed, the chaotic good stream, that is, seladrine, is the only stream in the game that is unobtainable, and only accessible through "per alignment" option. And only works on planar conduit.
Perhaps, it could be made obtainable through some way? Some random drop book, anything?

Entirely approved. This is a bug. The item even exists, I just need to work out how to get it into our treasure matrix.
