Rename 1h Concussion Feats to Just Concussion

Some time ago, the 1h concussion line of weapon feats were opened to include 2h concussion weapons as well, to allow more versatility and to allow said line of weapons to have more flexibility and a better edge vs 1h edged given the lack of 18-20 weapons.

With this, and in the same vein of how the polearm weapon feats are just named polearm, it seems a good change to rename them just to concussion for the sake of posterity and to remove any confusion, given the fair frequency by which people ask if 1h concussion feats cover maul.
