Like the title says, put some cows on Skal.
Milk isn't able to be fished up on Skal in my experience, but several items that are useless without milk are plentiful in crates. I spent 10 levels of a commoners life on Skal simply hoping to find some milk for my cupcakes, only to have to relent and move abroad.
Please give the village of Skal a single cow, please.
