Award Streams

So, a few years ago I made a suggestion that was rejected at the time, however I was invited to suggest it again later on, thus I am but opening it up a bit more.

So, I think putting this in greater or major was a bit extreme, however having some options for non teachable streams at minor and normal might be a decent idea.

One such Idea I had back in the day was a fallen angle stream for evil. Function wise these would be the same as the current LG, but with an evilish skin over them. So the BG would have a evil Deva for example.

This could be expanded to other classes to get streams that require an award, and cannot be obtained otherwise.

I like this conceptually, and I'm definatly up for more awards that arn't racially related. Do yes- approved. Though as to what sort of streams we'll see.
