Neverwinter has a cool counterspell system that can only be used from radical menu, make it not very ease to use, you have to open radical menu, find the counterspell button and click it on target caster.
I don’t know if it is engine limitation but you cannot put this ability on quickslot, if not a limitation, it’d be nice to let it be.
