Character deleted, following black screen on login, and "Delete character" message.

Description:
I attempted to log in and play my character Marseille Vaillant. On login, the screen went black, and a message reading "Delete character" appeared. I have since re-logged in, but the character Marseille Vaillant is missing from my vault. I can still see the other characters I have created. Could someone be able to assist me in restoring the deleted Marseille, and avoiding this bug in the future?

Steps to reproduce:
I am not sure how to reproduce this bug.
Marseille was a level 9 human Hexblade.

Expected result
Logging in with the character.

Actual result
Got booted, and the character was deleted.
