Crafting Bug

Tried making a bolt of cotton in surface server, the materials weren't used, a "Bolt of Cotton(0%)" appeared, I finish it. No end result. Crafting points used up.

I'll let Mord take the first pass on these, as the author of the new system. But we'll get things fixed up in the next day or so.
