In the Upper Cordor Mansion, it is possible to activate the lever that controls the cell doors while inside said cell, and on the other side of a brick wall from the lever. Presumably, this was not intended.

This is also true of Guldorand's Gaol, though I always assumed this was because these are not proper cells and was to discourage unwanted imprisonment on unwilling PCs.
