The area is now caught between UD and cities and planes. When you transition from the Cloaker Hall towards the "UD SIDE" in the cloaker spiral, well, you get trapped in the 4 portals room.
So I assume you'd want it to go from Cloaker Hall to Cloaker Spiral.
