First deity Tempus 2nd Tymora, No peity on kills. Help?

What do you mean with 2nd deity?
If you are Tempuran but attuned to Tymora, only Tymora determines the piety that you get from actions. Since she is trickery and hearth and home you will get piety from sneaking, disguising and healing other people or yourself. Not from killing things.
To get the piety from kills you need to be attuned to Tempus or to no deity. Just go to any altar, attune to it, and then attune again to go back to only worshipping Tempus.
If your character is almost equally devout to both deities, then get Tymora as main deity and attune to Tempus. That way you will get piety from kills (and healing).
