Support Tickets

I opened a ticket for a retake level a few moments ago, it said the ticket was successfully submitted but does not show up on pending nor closed tickets.
I attempted to refresh the page a few times over the next twenty minutes with no luck.

A DM confirmed the ticket is submitted.

EDIT:
The ticket now closed, and still is not showing on the list.

Just confirm with me that you're using your current forum account to use it?
Also tell me what options you pick along with a character name.

I was using my current forum account.

The character is named Ithilwen Tirith, I chose retake level, and filled in 26 for the level.

I had a basic sentence in the comment box explaining I made a mistake when I took my level a short while earlier.


I did notice the character list also shows many characters which I have rolled ages ago, including characters with default names that I had made briefly over the years just to test things. I'm not sure if this is intended?


Everything did seem to work fine aside from it not showing the ticket in the pending/closed section. The ticket was approved, and the XP removal worked upon logging in.

I ended up submitting a name change request today to change Azaria Selakir to Azaria Kaladon, again filling out the reason in the box.

This also did not show up on pending tickets.

As with the last one, it went through fine, got approved and completed successfully and still is not showing on closed
tickets.
