I don't know if this is server-wide or not, but in Sib at least I can't transfer money to other people, even though the bank registers them as being there.

Speak name -> spoken
Please select the recipient -> selected right person
Please speak amount to transfer -> spoken amount
Continue

Current balance remains the same as before the transfer attempt.

If you exit the conversation and reopen it, your balance will have changed. The balance doesn't update in the same conversation, for some reason.

Unfortunately you may have made the transfer several times, if you tried multiple times waiting for your balance to change.

The developer of the transfer script was aware of this, there isn't much we can do about it. Closing.
