Trying to craft the svirfneblin light hammer it still requires cleric-levels despite the update-threat stating this has been lifted with the reduction of it's stats.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Try to craft the hammer on a non-cleric svirfneblin
Expected Result:
Hammer can be crafted
Actual Result:
Recipe still requires cleric levels - unable to create the project

Svirfneblin Rune Hammer:
- Lowered enhancement from +5 to +4
- UMD reduced from 75 to 30
- Cleric requirement no longer needed for crafting
