Sacrificial Altar in Citadel not working

I've tried clicking on it from all angles, but the sacirificial altar in the Abyssal Citadel doesn't let me use it.

This is more likely a case where I'm going to want to fix the model use nodes than add invisible object [interact] points everywhere. Will be longer to get to it but will fix it for every single altar with that model.
