Red Tower - Message Board

Description of Bug Experienced:
The message board on the Red Tower public ground floor does not accept messages, doesn't seem this has been fixed.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Go to Red Tower ground floor and attempt to add a message on the message board

Expected Result:
The message is added on the message board and is readable as a standard message board

Actual Result:
The message is NOT added onto the message board and the paper stays in the character inventory
