Skaljard Quest Misswording

The Courier Quest named Self-Sufficency is both misspelled and refers to the wrong location. The title should be 'Self-Sufficiency' and not 'Self-Sufficency'. It states that the hermit Stulja is in the western tundra when she in fact resides in the southern tundra.
Steps to reproduce (Location Only)
----------------------------
Make a character and start in Skaljard.
Take the Courier Quest currently named 'Self-Sufficency'.
Head to the western tundra.
Expected result
-----------------------
You should have been able to locate Stulja in the western tundra.
Actual result
-------------------
You cannot locate Stulja in the western tundra.
Misc Notes

If you head to the southern tundra you will be able to find her.
