Radiant heart writ no exp

Whenever turning in two writs at the Radiant heart, I got enough exp to lvl off of the first writ, however because I lvled it stopped me from gaining xp off of the second writ, while still turning it in.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Accept two writs from Radiant heart, complete both, turn them in and lvl up off the first writ only.
Expected result
-----------------------
Should either reward exp for both simultaneously, or ideally work like the normal writs and allow you to turn one in, but stop the other from being turned in until you can accept xp.
Actual result
-------------------
A loss of ten thousand exp, only receiving a single writs rewards.

Misc Notes

I've noticed that this doesn't occur with normal writs so it's likely just a code that needs to be changed, but I also understand nothing about programing.
