Elven Manse (Guldorand Elven Quarter, Eastern one): Inner room disconnected from the quarter sign

Hello,
Elven Manse (Guldorand Elven Quarter, Eastern one), inner quarters, SW small room, has door either bugged or attached to a different quarter.
The door had issues in the past by being connected with another quarter from another manse.
Effect:
The quarter panel indicates the room is not occupied and can be rented.
The door to the room stays locked stating the room is taken by someone.
Buying the quarter, generating key, changing the locks - do not help, the door stays closed.
Desired effect:
The door is openable when the quarter is released.
The door being managed by the quarter's sign by them.
