Bless weapon gives 2d4 dmg instead of 2d6 from templates

Bless weapon is giving 2d4 damage instead of 2d6 damage from my stable templates.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Use bless weapon in template when lvl 30. When you examine the template, it says 2d6 damage vs undead, outsiders and dragons. However, once you use the bundle in that template...
Expected Result:
You ought to get an arrow with 2d6 damage
Actual Result:
Instead, you get an arrow with 2d4 damage.
Additional Information/Notes
According to the wiki it should be 2d6.
