They dont seem to want to stack damage and more , when you trow the first one damage is working as normal if you trwo a second one it just does nothing though the grenade gets consumed.

Steps to reproduce

Fins a bunch of undead and trow some holy nades

Expected result

damge used to stack

Actual result
-------------------
doesnt seem to be the case any more , first i thought it was just becouse of lag but it also happens when not lagging

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately we can't do anything about that, as the stacking was not intended and fixed a while ago.
