Circlet of Logic Bonus Spells

SK TOLD ME TO POST IT!

The item: Circlet of Logic comes with bonus spells level 4 and level 5. After enchanting it in the basin to add bonus spells level 3, the bonus spells for level 4 and 5 are now gone.

Steps to reproduce
Acquire a Circlet of Logic, Enchant in the Basin to add Bonus Spell Level 3

Expected result
Bonus Spell 3 added to the rest of the properties

Actual result
Bonus Spell 3 added, the other bonus spells for wizard are now gone.

Misc Notes
Apparently this is a known function/bug. SK told me to make a report (despite my being a dumb) to investigate it.
