Killing a monster with the bleeding damage does not count for writ kills
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Have a monster be bleeding due to Invisible Blade bleeding effect.
Expected result
-----------------------
Bleeding effect kills count toward writ completions.
Actual result
-------------------
Bleeding effect kills do not count towards writ completions.

Would appear the issue here is that kills with bleeding damage do not count as kills by the player, there is no exp, no kill message, and of course no writ contribution.

Hm! Seems like my fix for the damage shield issue works a bit too well :D
I'll have to dig into some scripts and see if I can somehow reattach the char to the monster death script. But hey, at least bleed ticks won't damage you or keep you in combat anymore! :)
