The Tourmaline Deposit at the Fungal Farmer in the Underfalls region of Skal Underdark was not tool mine flagged and when I did mine it to completion it did not drop anything.

Steps to reproduce

Mine it with a Dwarven Axe

Expected result
-----------------------
Message saying mining is easier with a tool and an ore drop

Actual result
-------------------
No message, slow mining and no ore drop

Can confirm; just tried it for myself with a Dwarven Waraxe and the LM Secret of Gathering, got nothing out of the seam of Tourmaline

Can also confirm, mined three tourmaline nodes with appropriate tool and got no gems.

I will be fixing this asap.
