I took 30 ranks in ride on my pure ranger, and actually lose 3 AC when mounting a horse rather than gain 3 AC

Steps to reproduce

Take 30 ranks in ride
Mount a horse

Expected result
-----------------------
See an increase of 3 AC due to 30 ranks in ride vs 15 ranks in tumble

Actual result
-------------------
A loss of 3 AC

You don't gain ride AC unless you have the mounted combat feat.
