As the title says, as a Warlock I can't buy a room.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Make a Warlock, find a room for sale, try clock on the sign.

Expected result
-----------------------
Should get a conversation window that says "This quarter is for sale" and then lists the price and gives the option to buy it.

Actual result
-------------------
Conversation window says that the quarter is available, lists the tax, but no price and the only option you have is "1. [Done]"


Misc Notes
----------------
I am told Warlocks should have access, and used to. I suspect that they didn't get added to the list when they got their own class? Just used to get in because they were technically bards? This is the second character I've had this issue with, both Warlocks.

I don't personally want warlocks buying quarters in the Arcane Tower, as it is for characters who study the arcane arts, or have some physical link to the Weave. Warlocks are simply granted powers, and are well outside the theme of the location. Will add Spellsword and Invoker once the class is complete.
