When under the effect of ultravision there is no UI or status effect in the character sheet to tell you that you have it, but it used to exist.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast ultravision (on my character, from either a scroll or a wand)

Expected result

There should be a UI icon for ultravision in the top right corner, and it should be listed in the character sheet with all your other buffs.

Actual result
-------------------
UI icon is missing entirely.

It would simply show the lack of the UI icon. I cast the spell and immediately checked and the icon was not present.

You might be misremembering. There's no Ultravision effect icon in the base game :)
That doesn't mean we couldn't add one, though.

Oh, wow, I would have bet money on that! I would definitely recommend a UV icon, since right now it's impossible to tell if it's worn off or been dispelled.

Ultravision is noticable usually by the distinct purple-ish light everything is cast into. I wonder if there's some override buried deep in the ancient nwn modding community that had an icon for it.

As a player whose vision isn't the greatest (I've been told before that my screenshots are blinding because of how I have to adjust the gamma to even be able to function), a UV icon would be fantastic, because I usually can't tell when I have UV on except on certain maps.

With the addition of a new Ultravision effect icon, I'm going to move this to closed :)
