Couldn't learn songs with Eldritch Euphony

Description of Bug Experienced:
I had a character who started as a 3 bard and then went into fey warlock. I took Eldritch Euphony at warlock 5, which should have put the effective song level at 5. I tried learning more at warlock 6 as well (song level 7). At CL 10 (warlock 7) I releveled to full bard and song learning worked as expected.

I'm not sure if it's working as intended but you actually need 5 full bard levels. If so, I feel that the Eldritch Euphony description is unclear (and, additionally, a bard cover is not mechanically viable, at least for leveling).

I had full perform ranks, and was able to use -song and switch between classic chorus and my bonus human song selfish solo, but I couldn't learn any more.

I couldn't test song learning on PGCCC because bards already know all songs there, but the debug information about song levels all looked as expected.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Begin as a bard, then take warlock levels and Eldritch Euphony.

Expected Result:
Song learning after 5+ effective song levels (which bard 3 / warlock 5 should have).

Actual Result:
Unable to learn any new songs, whether from, leveling, exploration, or teaching. I was in a song teaching session a while ago, and full bards right next to me learned songs while my fake bard didn't.

After a full bard relevel I learned songs from leveling and exploration. Haven't tried being taught yet but I assume it will work fine.

Not to beat a dead horse, however it appears this is still an issue with learning songs from other bards.

Currently 17/3 Warlock/Bard and I'm unable to learn songs from other people.

I can teach, and I can learn by finding locations.

Any news would be great, thank you.
