Charmed immunity character doesn't immune to charm monster

My feylock get charmed by a succubus.
Damn abyss.
I have immunity: Charm
But charm on player works as confused.
That is, the succubus cast charm monster on me. And I am confused.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
find a succubus in the abyss, or a volunteer to cast charm person/monster on a feylock (Tier 1 pact gives charmed immunity)


Expected result
-----------------------
Nothing happens after a failure will save


Actual result
-------------------
the character get confused
