Racial Climb Skill Not Active

Description of Bug Experienced:
The Climb skill granted for being a winged character is not applying for Fey'ri, and perhaps all Winged characters


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
be lvl 30 Fey'ri and try to climb, or check character sheet

Expected Result:
30 climb skill

Actual Result:
0 climb skill

Additional Information/Notes
This was working perfectly fine until I tried today, a rope check I'd done in the past was impossible, and my climb skill was gone.
For some reason I also had a racial ability of Darkness 3 times per day on my innate ability tool, Which I should not have.
Perhaps Fey'ri are being given the Drow racials instead?

did you have your wings hidden or covered by any form of cloak?

even the ones that "show" the wings still stop you from flying (pelts and scarfs)

No cloak, I tried with wings toggled off and on, Rested, relogged and changed gear out, But no change to my climb skill.

Climb skill is back and working again, May have just needed a server reset or something
