Westin in the Mage Tower does not believe in Invoker Magic

Description of Bug Experienced:
Ask Westin, in the mage tower, for access to his special arcane caster only store as an Invoker and he indicates that you are not on the list.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Ask Westin, in the mage tower, for access to his special arcane caster only store as an Invoker.
Expected Result:
You should be granted access to the special arcane caster only store.
Actual Result:
You are not granted access to the special arcane caster only store.

It is likely worth considering/checking Hexblade and the other newer Arcane casters as well for access consideration.
