No Loot for new racial subtype Amphibian
I did the bullywug dungeon in skal and found that they dropped no loot other than their armor and weapons. It's my assumption they've not been outfitted with a loot table associated with their racial type?

This is happening in the Underdark Bullywug Dungeons also.
