Not sure if this is intended or a bug. Defiler Path Divine favor not maximize Inflict spells on soulbound wand

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast Divine Favor on self, cast inflict spells from soulbound wand.

Expected result
-----------------------
Inflict spell damage maximized.

Actual result
-------------------
Inflict spell damage NOT maximized.

Which Server(s)?
------------------------
PGCC

Spellbound wands treat spells as if they're cast via items, so some class features don't work with them :)
