Description of Bug Experienced:
The Ship Log below deck on the Weary Troubadour is not working. It should work like a message board, but it does not allow to add new messages nor to open and read old messages. When using a message on the Ship's Log, the message remains in the inventory and is not added.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Use Ship's Log below deck. It opens the dialogue box, but no action besides "[Done]" can be selected.
or
Add message to Ship's Log. Nothing happens.
Expected Result:
Expect to read older messages or to add new messages.
Actual Result:
Nothing works.
