No Safe Point in the Crinti Manor

Hello,

As per the title, I got stuck and cannot -makesafe in the Underdark (Middle) Ruins of Elg'nizrul (Manor) area, underneath the High Priestess' throne.

Can't really reproduce it viably, but here's a screenshot.
