Random blue transition in the middle of cordor government district

There is a blue highlightable transition in the middle of the road between the Derlson manor an Castle gates. It sends you to the cultural district wall in the lower left corner.
I'd attach pictures but frankly I forgot how to post pictures on this site, so if you want them I can dm them in discord
