Description of Bug Experienced:
Twice now when I have gone through Nexus Falls Upper River to do the exploration writ, I have been 1 hit killed by Bugbear Firestarters for 200+ damage when doing a writ available to my level 14 character.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Wait for a Bugbear Firestarter to cast Wall of Fire in the Nexus Falls Upper River area.
Expected Result:
Receive damage that's to-scale with what's received by other attacks from enemies in the area, often the same fight.
Actual Result:
Get 1-hit killed for 250+ damage.
